Great Lakes Tour to Host a 3 Spot Ontario Qualifier for the Mackenzie Investments Open

​Waterdown ON - The Great Lakes Tour is pleased to announce in partnership with the Circuit Canada Pro Tour they will be hosting a three (3) spot Ontario Qualifier for the Mackenzie Investments Open presented by Jaguar Laval.

The Mackenzie Investments Open presented by Jaguar Laval will be played at Les Quatres Domaines Golf Club in Mirabel (QC) July 20-23, 2017 and feature a $175,000 purse.  This is an inaugural event on the Mackenzie Tour - PGA TOUR Canada and the Circuit Canada Pro Tour will be the managing company for the Championship....

There will be two qualifiers for the event.  One will be held in Ontario while the second qualifier will be held in Quebec as the traditional Monday Qualifier.  There will be 10 spots available between the qualifiers, with 7 in Quebec and 3 in Ontario.

The Mackenzie Investments Open presented by Jaguar Laval Ontario Qualifier will be hosted by the Great Lakes Tour and will be played on Monday July 10, 2017 at Hidden Lake Golf Club (NEW COURSE) in Burlington (ON).  The qualifier will have a maximum field size of 156 players and is scheduled on the Monday of the Southern Ontario Open which gets started on Wednesday July 12th and runs until Saturday July 15th.  The Ontario Qualifier is open to all Professional Golfers and Amateurs with a verified handicap factor of 2.0 or less.  The deadline to enter for amateurs and professionals is Wednesday July 5th while Mackenzie Tour Members will have until Friday July 7th to register.
