Regular Series Event #5 on the GLT Schedule at Station Creek Golf Club in Gormley ON, will serve as a qualifier for Tour players to earn one of ten exemptions into the 2015 Promutuel Insurance Quebec Open to be held during the week of July 13 through 19.  The top 10 Great Lakes Tour 2015 Members at Station Creek will earn an exemption and the top 2 finishers will receive their entry fee paid for courtesy of the Great Lakes Tour.  The Event at Station Creek will also feature the regular professional purse and with this announcement expects to be one of the largest fields of the year.

The Quebec Open is a limited field to pre-qualified touring professionals through Northeast State Open Championships, Amateurs and a predetermined amount of PGA of Canada professionals across 10 National Zones.  The PGA of Quebec takes great pride in how they conduct events and have gained a reputation in North America and in parts around the world as an Association second to none.

"We are thrilled to have the PGA of Quebec offer our players such an opportunity."  Tour Director John Brisson said.  "We are seeking strategic partnerships that will allow our players access to wonderful experiences and this is a big first step in that direction.  Colin Murray and Jim Kenesky bring a wealth of networks and we couldn't be happier with such a great partnership with one of the most historical events in the country."

There will be further communication regarding this relationship to GLT Members as the date for Station Creek approaches.  Please see below for some details regarding the Promutuel Insurance Quebec Open.
